- Logo Design: We designed a warm, welcoming logo featuring a heart and hands symbol, encapsulating care and support. The tagline, “Nurturing Care, Heartfelt Compassion,” further emphasises their core values.
- Colour Palette: We chose a vibrant and inviting colour scheme to reflect the core values of El Rachum:
- Catalina (#003479): Representing trust, reliability, and professionalism.
- Robin’s Egg (#00C2CB): Symbolising health, wellness, and vitality.
- Radical (#EF3A5D): Reflecting compassion, warmth, and care.
- Pampas (#F6F3EC): Evoking comfort, softness, and a homely atmosphere.
- Brand Personality:
- Defined four brand pillars: Compassionate, Trustworthy, Professional, and Nurturing. These pillars guide all communications and interactions, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Website Design and Content:
- Home Page: Developed engaging content that introduces El Rachum, outlining their mission and services. The home page features compelling testimonials and a clear call to action.
- Service Pages: Detailed descriptions for Nursing Care, Personal Care Assistance, Residential Care, and Respite/Short Stay services, highlighting the benefits and personalised approach of each service.
- Visual Elements: High-quality images and icons were incorporated to enhance the visual appeal and user experience.
- Marketing Materials:
- Created brochures, business cards, and social media templates aligned with the new brand identity, ensuring a unified presentation across all platforms.
